ZOMG!

hello to my faithful viewers. i have something to bitch about today. about my workplace and colleagues. i have to say i really do miss those days where all the senior staff are still in my workplace. things are more systematic than now. so much more systematic. it sucks when you are working with new staff. they are slow, not observant, no work rate and always find them slacking around and talking too much.

i find myself doing more work than the rest. its not that i wanna boast about how senior i am and in fact am not so senior but i just want to get things right. when you do things slowly, more shit will be coming and not just one by one but come all at once! dont they see the flow of the crowd? you dimwits work more than me and you still darnoe the bloody flow of the crowd?

and what happen to the work rate? helping one another? NOTHING! NO! i dont see it coming from you guys. you guys are indivisually doing your stuff and not bother about the rest. why stone when theres things for you to do right infront of your gawdamn eyes?

sheesh. i cant stand how slow they are and how not observant they are. if you guys are here to bum around and get your little cash, do this in a fucking monopoly game. by slacking around, do you know how much burden you putting to the rest? your other colleagues have to do extra and what if your big boss sees it? whose to blame? your duty manager! and you dont bother cause its not you.

my workplace has no fun anymore. the people in there thinks they are the biggest even though they are labelled as junior. talk so loud as if you are the king of the world. ordering one another. what the fuck? you kids are the same. instead of ordering, why not try helping? cause you are lazy thats why? cause its too much for you to handle? if its so, get the fuck out.
